Legal Advertising
La Gaceta offers a full range of legal advertisements to meet your needs. La Gaceta publishes weekly on Fridays. Our deadline is Wednesday at noon of the desired publication week. If a proof needs to be sent for pre-approval before it can be published, the deadline is Tuesday at noon. We accept notices via email, fax and mail. After publication occurs, the proof of publication affidavit and invoice will be forwarded to your company or law firm.
Fictitious Trade Names
A fictitious trade name is published one (1) time and costs $35.00. The text and payment are due by Wednesday at noon of the desired publication week. After publication has occurred on Friday, the original proof of publication affidavit, with the actual notice from the paper attached, and invoice will be sent to you. You can send us the text you wish to have printed or we have a simple form that can be filled out and sent back to us. Fictitious Trade Name Form
Dissolution of Marriages
A dissolution of marriage must run four (4) times and costs $120.00. The notice and payment are due by Wednesday at noon of the desired publication week. You must first file the notice at the courthouse to receive a case number. Once the courthouse clerk has filled in the response date and stamped the notice; it is ready to publish. La Gaceta accepts notices in by email, fax, and mail or in person.
Miscellaneous Public Notices
EPA Notices, Invitations to Bid, Notice of Public Sales, Request for Responses, Notice of Public Hearings
For notices that need to be published one (1) time, cost is determined by size. You can send the text and it will be typeset to determine the size and a quote can then be provided.
Attorneys & Law Firms
La Gaceta’s standard practice is to publish the advertisement, then mail the original proof of publication affidavit and invoice to the attorney/law firm. However, if desired, La Gaceta can email you the proof of publication affidavit as well as send the hard copy. If you have any questions, contact our Legal Advertising Department.
New Legal Advertiser Account Setup
In order for La Gaceta to publish your notice and bill you after publication, we ask all attorneys and law firms first establish a New Legal Advertiser Account with us by completing the form below. Upon receipt of the completed form, a representative from our Legal Advertising Department will contact you to finalize your new account.
